Private jet charter in Istanbul
A jet that leaves the London fields at seven in the morning is on the ground in Istanbul around lunchtime, and the hard part of the day is still ahead: the city has three airports, two continents and a strait full of traffic between them, so the choice of airport shapes the afternoon more than the choice of aircraft. Private Jets UK builds the charter around that choice. Our customers have access to 6,500 jets of all types and configurations available for rent. We will help you choose the best option based on your needs and objectives. Our catalog contains the models from the largest manufacturers: Gulfstream, Dassault, Embraer, Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, Learjet, Cessna, Beechcraft, Pilatus, HondaJet, etc. We have established partnerships with the world's largest airlines and VIP terminals, which means we can offer you favourable flight conditions and a high level of service. Our experts will manage the organization of your flight - starting with paperwork, agreements, etc., and ending with a transfer and meeting at the airport. Our company provides a full range of business aviation and concierge services. Turkey is outside Schengen, as Britain is, and British passport holders need no visa for a short stay, but the slot, the landing permission and the handler all have to be arranged days ahead, and we start on them in the first exchange of messages and not the last.

At your request, the aviation consultants of Private Jets UK will help you choose the jet with the suitable technical parameters (production year, flight hours, and home base). The cost of the private jet charter in Istanbul depends on many factors, such as the model of the business jet, the number of passengers, departure and destination airports, type of flight, duration of parking, additional services, etc. Therefore, we calculate the price of each order individually taking into account your wishes. You can use an online calculator to get an instant charter quote. Please indicate your real contact details to get the final calculation.
You can calculate the cost of your flight in several ways:
- using an online calculator on the website (however, it shows only the approximate price);
- via Messenger (WhatsApp or Telegram);
- by landline or cell phone;
- via e-mail (jets@private-jets.co.uk).
Please note that the above-mentioned price is indicative only. It is calculated on this basis: a departure from Biggin Hill, a Cessna Citation CJ3+ and two passengers aboard. If you want to get a personal quote, just fill out the online booking form below. Our aviation consultant will make the calculation within 20 minutes, and then contact you to specify the details of the flight.
How long does it take to fly to Istanbul?
Three hours forty-five minutes from Biggin Hill in a Citation XLS+, four hours from Edinburgh in a Challenger 350, and a clock that runs two hours ahead of Britain in summer and three in winter, because Turkey keeps the same time all year. At 1,376 to 1,622 nautical miles this is the top end of European short-haul. A light jet can do it nonstop, but nobody would call that a pleasant sit, and from the north of England and Scotland a larger cabin starts to earn its price. The table gives the sector from each British field we use to Istanbul Airport; Sabiha Gökçen, on the other side of the city, changes the flying time by a few minutes at most.

Door to door, and the clock on the wall
Leave a London airfield at seven in the morning and the wheels touch down in Istanbul between a quarter to one and a quarter to two local time, depending on the season. The flight is the easy part. Istanbul Airport is about 40 km from the centre and the road takes roughly an hour, more in the evening rush, so allow the afternoon for the city. The checks in the private terminal usually take 15 to 20 minutes. Add the drive to the British airfield and the whole journey from central London to central Istanbul comes to about six hours, against a day of check-in, connections and baggage belts on a scheduled service.
Light jet or midsize: the question that actually comes up on this route
– A light jet reaches Istanbul nonstop from the London fields, and for two or three people with hand luggage it is a fair choice. The sit is close to four hours, though, and the saving over a midsize cabin is smaller than it looks, because the extra time in the air is billed;
– For four or more, or with golf bags, camera cases or a dog, we quote the Citation XLS+ from the south and the Praetor 600 from the west and the north beside the light jet, so the two figures can be read together;
– Heavy aircraft make sense for a delegation of a dozen or more, for Scotland where the Challenger 350 is already the sensible class, and for itineraries that carry on from Istanbul to the Gulf or Asia.

Prices for the private jet flights to Istanbul
Typical trips from Britain, cheapest first, all of them into Istanbul Airport. The boat show in February, the early-autumn weeks of art and fashion and the Formula 1 race weekend sit above these figures, and the calendar block further down explains when.

Private jet flights from Istanbul
Few cities are as good a base for a Turkish itinerary, because the country is large and its jet airports are far apart. Ankara and Cappadocia are about an hour or a little more away, Bodrum and Antalya are on the coast, and Athens is a short hop west. For the Gulf and beyond, Istanbul is a natural first stage. Typical one-way prices:

Turkey by air: when the jet saves the day
The distances explain the choice. Ankara is about 214 nautical miles from Istanbul, an hour in a light jet, and Cappadocia is about 318, an hour and a quarter. The Cappadocia airport at Nevşehir stands 945 m above sea level, which matters on a hot day and with a full cabin, so the aircraft is chosen with the airfield elevation in mind and not only the seat count. Bodrum and Antalya, on the Aegean and Mediterranean coasts, are each a little over an hour away. Athens, in the other direction, is Schengen, which brings a border check at the Greek end that the Turkish domestic legs do not have.
Before you accept an onward quote
– Which Istanbul airport the leg leaves from. Istanbul Airport and Sabiha Gökçen lie on opposite sides of the city, and a quote that says only "Istanbul" can hide a repositioning flight, a second handler and a different slot;
– Slots at the other end. Most Turkish airports of entry require arrival and departure slots, requested through the handler, and in busy periods they open only two or three days before the flight. The coast fills up in summer, so an onward leg in July is not the same job as one in March;
– Whether the itinerary is one booking. Istanbul to Bodrum to Antalya and back over a week costs noticeably less arranged as a single trip, because the aircraft and crew stay with you instead of repositioning to Istanbul between each stop.
Prices depending on the type of business jet
We can clearly show the high dependence of the cost of the flight, on the type of aircraft - we have collected approximate data, at the price of 1 flight hour, for various types of business jets:

The cost per hour indicated in the table is preliminary and does not constitute an offer or a commercial offer. Exact prices are available from the managers of the company.
Online Calculator
If you want to make an urgent calculation of the cost of a private plane flight, use our online calculator. Just fill in all the fields of the form with a note that you are interested in a specific model of the aircraft and get the final price. NB! - the figures are sent to you by email or messenger, please carefully fill in the contact details to get the calculation.
All our calculations are as transparent as possible for you. After receiving the request, we will prepare a beautiful offer - where the costs and the final price will be clearly described. The exact price is agreed in advance and is written in the contract, so you can be sure of the final cost.
Private jets are ready to take off
Our database contains over 6,500 business jets (about 3,500 in Europe and 3,000 in the rest of the world) of different configurations and production years. The list of models is constantly updated. Unfortunately, we can't post a full list of available jets on our website due to confidentiality issues. Please contact the managers of the company for more accurate information. We will help you choose a suitable model taking into account your wishes. These are the typical choices for Istanbul:
Light jets, and where they fit
Nearly four hours from London is long for this class, so these aircraft earn their keep on the onward legs to Ankara and Cappadocia, and from London for small parties travelling light.
Midsize, for the long sit and the luggage
The Citation XLS+ from the south and the Praetor 600 from the west and the north are the aircraft we quote first. On a leg of almost four hours the headroom and the baggage space are what you are paying for.
Super-midsize and large
For Scotland, for a delegation travelling as one party, for a team that works in the air, and for itineraries that carry on from Istanbul to the Gulf or Asia.
Turboprops
Not for the flight from Britain, which is far too long, but for short domestic hops inside Turkey where a turboprop beats a jet on cost.
Helicopters
Not for the flight from Britain but for the last stretch: from the airport to the water, across the strait or to a rooftop pad in the city. Where a helicopter may put down is agreed before the quote is issued.

This is a small part of what is available. For an Istanbul booking there is often an aircraft closer than London, based in Turkey, Greece or the Gulf, and it may be the cheaper way to start or finish a trip. At a distance of nearly four hours the positioning leg is a large share of the bill, so we look at the whole map before a price is sent.

Business aviation airports in Istanbul
There are two airports in daily use for private jets and a third whose position is changing. Which one a quote names decides the road, the handler and the slot, so it helps to know the differences before the price arrives.
| Airport | What it gives you |
|---|---|
| Istanbul Airport IST / LTFM |
The main airport and the usual answer for large and long-range aircraft. It stands on the European side, about 40 km from the centre and 99 m above sea level, and is listed as open round the clock with customs for general aviation. Five runways, the longest 4,100 m, so no aircraft we charter is limited by length. It is a coordinated airport, so slots are required, although handling is not compulsory. Private passengers can use the Jetex terminal that the operator, iGA, opened inside the airport, with private suites, a lounge and dedicated checkpoints for passport and security formalities. Taxiing to the parking area can take 15 to 20 minutes |
| Sabiha Gökçen SAW / LTFJ |
On the Asian side, about 32 km south-east of the centre and 95 m above sea level, with two parallel runways of 3,000 m and 3,500 m. Open round the clock, with customs on site, but slots are required, handling is compulsory and listings show every flight as prior permission. ExecuJet, with Bilen Air Services, runs a 24-hour FBO in the general aviation terminal with client and crew lounges and a meeting room; Gozen, Euro Jet and Çelebi are also listed as handlers. The circuit that hosts the Formula 1 race is close by. Hangar space is limited and there is no long-term parking |
| Atatürk ISL / LTBA |
The old airport, about 24 km west of the centre, closed to scheduled passenger flights in April. Listings still carry it as open round the clock with customs, a 2,580 m runway, compulsory handling and prior permission for corporate flights. Large parts of the former grounds have since become a public park, so whether a given date can be flown is something we confirm in writing and never assume |
| Tekirdağ Çorlu LTBU |
About an hour and a half to two hours by road from the city and used as a parking alternative when the Istanbul fields are full. AVGAS is available there. A fallback and not a first choice |
Four points settle most Istanbul arrivals:
Choose the handler
At Istanbul Airport private passengers go through the Jetex terminal, run with the airport operator. At Sabiha Gökçen the 24-hour FBO is ExecuJet with Bilen Air Services, and Gozen Air Services is listed at both fields. Service and price differ, and the handler also files the slot, so we book it together with the landing permission.
Hours, slots and permits
All the Istanbul fields are listed as open 24 hours with customs, so a late arrival is workable. The paperwork is the fixed part. Sabiha Gökçen wants its slot request at least 48 hours ahead, and operator guides advise starting five days out, because registering an aircraft in the Turkish system can take three working days.
Border and passport
Turkey is outside Schengen and so is Britain, so you clear Turkish passport control and customs on arrival. British passport holders can visit for business or tourism for up to 90 days in any 180 without a visa, with a passport that expires at least 150 days after arrival and has a blank page. Clearance in a private terminal usually takes 15 to 20 minutes.
Car and catering
Give us the handler as well as the flight, because a driver sent to the main terminal will wait at the wrong door. Order catering at least 72 hours ahead: no airport in Turkey has cold storage, so chilled items are timed to the day. Aircraft guards, if you want them, must be approved before the day of the flight.

Arrival formalities in Istanbul
The formalities are simple for the passenger and demanding for the paperwork behind them. The handler needs the general declaration and the passenger and crew lists before the aircraft leaves Britain, in several copies, and any change of name between booking and departure has to reach the handler at once. Turkey places no limit on foreign currency or lira brought in, but lira worth more than 5,000 US dollars (roughly £3,800) may not be taken out, and other currency above that sum must be declared on departure. Controlled drugs, firearms and offensive weapons are prohibited, and anything taxable has to be declared. A dual British and Turkish child aged 18 or under may need the Turkish parent's permission to leave Turkey. On the way home the UK side is a General Aviation Report filed by the operator between 48 and 2 hours before departure, and any passenger who is not British or Irish and needs no visa for the UK needs an Electronic Travel Authorisation.

From the apron to the Bosphorus
Istanbul is one city on two continents, divided by the strait that gives it its character and its traffic problem. Sultanahmet and Taksim lie on the European shore, the Asian side has its own districts and its own airport, and almost every itinerary has to cross the water at least once. The distances that decide a plan are the ones between the airport and the first meeting.

Flying to Istanbul with a dog or a cat
Turkey is outside the EU, so the routine of a weekend break in Vienna or Rome does not apply in either direction. Going out takes a certificate, a vet's visit and the blood test that Turkey asks for, with a wait behind it. Coming home adds the rules for a country that is not on Britain's list. The animal sits beside you in the cabin and no hold is involved.

What Turkey asks for, according to Defra's guidance for the Turkey export certificate:
- A Defra export health certificate for dogs, cats and ferrets going to Turkey, applied for online in England, Scotland or Wales and completed and signed by an Official Veterinarian;
- A microchip, implanted before the rabies vaccination;
- A rabies vaccination with an authorised inactivated vaccine, given when the animal was at least 90 days old, with the vaccination certificate;
- A clinical inspection by the vet not more than 24 hours before the date of export;
- No import permit for an animal that travels with you; an unaccompanied animal needs a permit from the Turkish agriculture authority in Ankara;
- A rabies antibody blood sample taken at least 30 days after the vaccination. Defra strongly recommends it, the Turkish Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry asks for a result above 0.5 IU and a wait of 90 days from it before the first trip, and the journey home requires it in any case, so we plan as if it is compulsory;
- No more than two animals per traveller under the Turkish rules, and a veterinary certificate issued within two days of travel;
- For the return, a Great Britain pet health certificate, and for dogs a tapeworm treatment from a vet between 24 and 120 hours before landing in Britain, recorded with product, date and time. Cats are exempt.
What catches owners out on the Istanbul run
– The blood test sets the calendar. Turkey is on neither of the lists of countries with easier rules, so it counts as not listed. A returning pet needs a blood sample taken at least 30 days after the vaccination, a result of at least 0.5 IU/ml from an EU-approved laboratory, and three months counted from the sample date, while Turkey itself asks for 90 days from the result before a first trip. Vaccination, thirty days, the sample and ninety days add up to about four months, and a trip with an untested animal needs checking before anything is booked;
– The inspection date is tied to the flight. The examination by the vet must fall in the 24 hours before export, so the appointment is timed to the departure day, and a delayed departure is worth a call to the vet. We settle the time of departure first and the vet second;
– The tapeworm treatment for a dog has to be given in Istanbul, inside the 24 to 120 hour window before the flight home. We book the vet appointment together with the aircraft, so that the time of treatment and the time of departure are agreed in one message and not in three.
Defra's notes warn that the exporter must check the certificate against Turkey's own requirements, so we do that as well. Requirements for ferrets, birds and anything less usual are collected on our flying with pets guide. Our managers confirm the entry point and the paperwork for the animal in writing before the flight, and check the timetable of the blood test before a booking is taken.
The Istanbul calendar: tulips, yachts and a race
Istanbul is never quiet, but its year has a clear shape. Spring belongs to the tulips and the film festival, summer to the water and the music festivals, autumn to art, fashion and, once more, motor racing. Operator guides put the busiest period from mid-May to the end of September, with traffic fairly even the rest of the year. Knowing which week you want matters more than choosing an aircraft.
Why a race or a fair week costs more
Not the flying. The European midsize and large fleet is deep and Istanbul is well placed in it. What gets tight is the slot at the airport, space on the apron and cars, all in the same few days. Operators report that Sabiha Gökçen does not always grant the slot time they ask for, and a race weekend puts the Asian side under particular pressure because the circuit stands close to that airport. A booking made a fortnight before a fair or the race can still be done, but it pays more and may mean an aircraft positioned from Athens or Ankara. The same booking made five or six weeks earlier is simpler and cheaper. Outside those weeks the main constraint is the permit, not the aircraft.
Ways to bring the Istanbul price down
- Move the dates a few days where you can. The days either side of a fair or the race weekend are priced very differently from the weekend itself;
- Ask where the aircraft is based. A jet already in Istanbul, Ankara or Athens needs less positioning than one from Britain, and on a sector of nearly four hours positioning is a large part of the bill;
- File early. The slot and the landing permission are the steps that cannot be rushed, and a booking made with a week in hand leaves the operator room to look for the cheaper aircraft;
- Choose the airport with the trip in mind. If the meetings are on the Asian side, Sabiha Gökçen can save more in road time than a different aircraft would save in cost.
Types of flights
Istanbul produces a mix of its own, because it is a trade city with offices on two continents, a boating centre, a festival and fashion city and the doorway to Turkey and to Asia, all at the same time.
- Business and delegation travel, with fixed dates, a long list of people to clear and the permit as the main concern;
- Yacht and boat-show traffic in February and September, when owners, brokers and crews fly in for the fair or the regatta;
- Culture, fashion and festival weekends, from the tulips in April to the Biennial in autumn;
- Motor racing at Istanbul Park, flown to Sabiha Gökçen in preference to the European side;
- Onward trips to Cappadocia, Bodrum and Antalya, with Istanbul as the first stop of a Turkish itinerary;
- Longer journeys to the Gulf and Asia, where Istanbul is a technical stop or the first night.
Day trips from London are rare on this route, because almost eight hours in the air does not fit a working day. The usual shape is an overnight: out in the morning, a meeting in the afternoon, dinner, a night in the city and a late-morning return. It also lets the crew rest, which a same-day turn does not. If a day trip is wanted, we quote both ways so the difference is visible.
Empty Legs
An empty leg is a repositioning flight with nobody aboard, offered at a fraction of the usual price. On the Istanbul route they follow events and seasons more than volume, and it helps to know what produces them.
Where Istanbul empty legs come from
– Fair and race weeks. Aircraft arrive with delegations or a party for the weekend and leave empty a day or two later, producing outbound legs in the days afterwards;
– Summer on the coast. When charters shuttle between Istanbul, Bodrum and Antalya through the high season, the short return legs are the ones most often offered;
– Positioning to the Gulf and back. Istanbul lies on the way between Europe and the Gulf, and an aircraft heading that way, or returning from it, can leave seats and the whole cabin free.
Because the Istanbul corridor is longer than the usual London routes, a client who can name a few days rather than one has a far better chance than one who needs a particular evening. What you give up is the usual: the operator owns the date and the hour, and a leg can vanish when the original booking moves. Whatever is free is listed on our empty legs page, and we flag an Istanbul match the day an operator releases it.

Helicopter charter
In Istanbul a helicopter is a way of getting over traffic and, sometimes, over water. The airports are an hour from the centre by road, the shoreline is lined with hotels and offices, and a rotary flight can shorten the first leg of a trip by a good deal. It cannot land just anywhere, and the rules for pads are firm.
travel guides quote 12 to 20 minutes by helicopter, against 45 to 90 minutes by car12 to 20 minutes
a rooftop pad on the Raffles building, 32 m across and rated for 7 tonnessunrise to sunset
the operator must apply with insurance and flight details, and receive an approval letter2 hours on weekdays, 6 on holidays
the palaces, the bridges and the Golden Horn from the airon request
Before you plan around a helicopter
– A helicopter cannot land wherever it likes. Each pad in the city has its own approval process, and the one at Zorlu Center asks for a copy of the third-party insurance, the flight schedule, a fee receipt and an approval letter before the landing. We ask the operator and the pad owner for each site, and do not assume that a place used last time is cleared this time;
– Daylight sets the schedule. The Zorlu pad works only from sunrise to sunset under visual rules, so a late-evening transfer is a car job. A helicopter timetable is built around the light and not the other way round;
– Twin-engine machines are the sensible minimum for any route over water or high ground. For the busiest weekends, book the helicopter together with the jet or expect to be told there is no rotary capacity.
The machines on this ground are the Airbus H125 for short hops, the wider H130 for scenic and hotel transfers, the H135 and the Bell 429 where a twin is wanted, and larger types for bigger parties. We book them alongside the jet so that both crews work to one timetable.

Istanbul charters from the booking notes: six typical trips
What the corridor looks like once a quote turns into a flight. Six typical jobs of the kind that come through our booking notes, described in outline, with the particulars changed.
OVERNIGHT · THE USUAL SHAPE
A meeting in the afternoon and home the next morning
Biggin Hill - Istanbul, Citation XLS+, about 3 h 45 min each way · 5 pax
Wheels up at seven, on the ground at Istanbul Airport around lunchtime and in the meeting by mid-afternoon after a short wait at the private terminal. A night in the city and a late-morning departure for the way home. Almost eight hours in the air does not make a day trip, so the aircraft and crew stayed in the city overnight and flew home with the party the next morning.
BOAT SHOW · FEBRUARY
Six people, one fair, a weekend on the water
Farnborough - Istanbul, Citation XLS+, about 3 h 45 min · 6 pax
A party for the boat show, with sailing bags and a camera case among the luggage. The cabin was chosen for the hold and not the seats, the slot was requested with the landing permission, and the return was booked together with the outbound so that the crew stayed in the city.
RACE WEEKEND · THE OTHER SIDE OF THE CITY
A group for Formula 1 at Istanbul Park
London Luton - Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen, Citation XLS+, about 3 h 45 min · 7 pax
The request said Istanbul and nothing more. The circuit is at Tuzla on the Asian side, close to Sabiha Gökçen, so the aircraft was routed there and not to the European airport. The slot was requested well ahead, because the field is busy on a race weekend, and the car was waiting at the handler.
A DOG ON BOARD · FOUR MONTHS' NOTICE
Four adults and a spaniel for a long weekend
Southampton - Istanbul, Citation XLS+, about 3 h 50 min · 4 pax + dog
The booking itself took a day. The preparation took four months, because Turkey wants a rabies blood test and a wait after it, and the way home asks for the same test and a wait counted from the sample date. We arranged the tapeworm treatment in Istanbul inside the 24 to 120 hour window before the flight home, booked with the aircraft, and the hotel accepted the dog.
ONWARD · ONE BOOKING
Istanbul for two days, then the coast
Birmingham - Istanbul, Embraer Praetor 600, about 3 h 55 min · 6 pax
Two days of business in the city, then on to Bodrum for a week. Arranged as one booking, the aircraft stayed with the party and the slot at the coast airport was requested in the same exchange as the Istanbul one. Done as two separate charters, the same trip would have cost more and needed two sets of messages.
EMPTY LEG · A JET ALREADY GOING YOUR WAY
The aircraft was going home anyway
Istanbul - London Farnborough, Citation XLS+ empty leg, about 3 h 45 min · 4 pax
The aircraft had brought a party to the city and was going back empty. The client gave us a three-day window instead of a date, which is what makes these work, and paid well below a fresh one-way charter for a departure to the London fields.
Frequently asked questions about flying to Istanbul
1How long is a private jet flight from London to Istanbul?
About 3 hours 45 minutes from Biggin Hill, London City, Luton or Farnborough in a Citation XLS+, covering roughly 1,376 to 1,406 nautical miles. From Birmingham, Manchester or Bristol allow about 3 hours 50 to 3 hours 55, and from Edinburgh or Glasgow around 4 hours to 4 hours 5 minutes in a Challenger 350. Turkey is two hours ahead of Britain in summer and three in winter, so a seven o'clock departure lands around lunchtime local time.
2How much does a private jet to Istanbul cost?
From about £22,000 one way in a Citation XLS+ out of Biggin Hill or London City, and £22,350 from Luton. A Praetor 600 from Bristol, Manchester or Newcastle runs £24,750 to £25,250, and from Scotland allow £31,050 to £31,650 in a Challenger 350. A light jet from Biggin Hill starts at about £17,800 for two or three passengers travelling light. Boat-show weeks, the early-autumn fairs and the race weekend price above these figures.
3Which airport should a private jet use in Istanbul?
Istanbul Airport (IST / LTFM) for most trips with large aircraft. It is about 40 km from the centre, open round the clock with customs for general aviation, and has five runways, the longest 4,100 m, and a private terminal. Sabiha Gökçen (SAW / LTFJ) on the Asian side is the choice for meetings in that half of the city and for the Formula 1 weekend; slots are required there and handling is compulsory. Atatürk (LTBA) closed to scheduled airlines in April and is listed for business aviation by prior permission only, so we confirm it for each date.
4Do I need a visa or a permit to fly privately to Istanbul?
British passport holders can visit for business or tourism for up to 90 days in any 180 without a visa, with a passport that expires at least 150 days after arrival and has a blank page. Turkey and Britain are both outside Schengen, so passport control and customs apply on every arrival, normally in 15 to 20 minutes at a private terminal. The aircraft needs a slot and landing permission filed through the handler, and we begin about five days ahead.
5When should I book a private jet to Istanbul?
Outside the peaks a week is comfortable and a few days can be enough. For the boat show in late February, the tulip weeks in April, the September and October fairs, the Biennial and the early-October Formula 1 weekend, allow four to six weeks. Slots, apron space and cars all get tight in the same days, and a late booking tends to pay more for an aircraft positioned from another country.
6Can I take my dog to Istanbul on a private jet?
Yes. The dog travels in the cabin with you. Turkey asks for a Defra export health certificate signed by an Official Veterinarian, a microchip, a rabies vaccination given at 90 days of age or later, a rabies blood test with a 90-day wait from the result before a first trip, and a clinical inspection within 24 hours before export. The way home adds to it: Turkey is not a listed country, so a returning pet needs a rabies blood test and a three-month wait from the sample date, and a dog needs a tapeworm treatment from a vet between 24 and 120 hours before landing. Cats are exempt from the treatment.
