Private Jet Charter
Flights by private planes have always been very popular with wealthy people. The high level of comfort, the flexibility of schedule, and increased security have ensured the demand for business aviation at all times. In the UK, private jets are used for domestic flights and international flights to Europe and America. Private Jets UK is an official airline broker. Our experts will help you quickly arrange a private flight anywhere in the world on the most favorable terms. More than 9000 business jets of various types are collected in our catalog. Due to direct cooperation with aircraft owners and operators, we will prepare the best conditions for you in terms of price and service. We guarantee privacy, security,, and an individual approach to each task. We work with both individuals and legal entities - we will help you rent a private plane on the day of your request!
Why individual flights are in demand
Flights on a private plane are:
- Time-saving. If you want to get on a regular flight, you must arrive at the airport within at least 2 hours in advance. Renting an aircraft eliminates such a need – you can arrive at the airport in 15-20 minutes. At the same time, a private plane will fly along the planned route without delay;
- Flexible. The aircraft used in business aviation is technically different from the aircraft on the balance sheet of state-owned airlines. They are more maneuverable and can take off and land from a limited area. Therefore, such aircraft are accepted even by small air terminals, which allows you to visit exotic places or fly as close as possible to your residence;
- Convenient. A rented aircraft will enable you to transport quite bulky luggage and pets. The flight schedule can be adjusted if necessary; that is, you can change the date or time of departure;
- Anonymous. Business aviation passenger data does not go beyond the company. It is significant for those who want to travel incognito or want to leave flights to other countries in secret for negotiations with partners.
Cooperation with air brokers is also an opportunity to rent the aircraft that suits you with the cabin equipment, speed, capacity. By submitting an application, each client can count on the fact that the aircraft will be selected for him/her following the specified wishes.
The main types of private flights
Our company is ready to organize any type of private flight. The most popular flights include:
- Classic flights. The most popular type of flight in business aviation. They are used for a comfortable flight to anywhere in the world.
- VIP charters. Media personalities order such flights, officials, show business stars. Exclusive aircraft with a unique interior, a separate bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom are often rented for VIP flights.
- Corporate. They are in demand when it is necessary to fly to another country to meet with business partners, to sign documents or negotiations. Business charters planes often have satellite communications onboard and all the conditions for working in the air;
- Medical. They are designed to transport seriously ill passengers or people who require the support of medical workers and the use of life support devices, if necessary. The board is equipped with medical equipment; the flight is carried out with the involvement of a team of medical workers;
- Tourist. These are flights to islands and beaches, ski resorts, and exotic places;
- Shift workers. They are used to transport teams of workers to places where regularly scheduled planes do not land;
- Cargo. They rent such boards to transport expensive equipment or fragile items.
You can also rent a business jet just for a walk over beautiful places or for a flight from one city to a nearby one if there is an urgent need. Private planes are often rented for several weeks for multiple travels between countries along a pre-planned route.
Advantages of private jets
In business aviation, several types of aircraft are used, these are:
- Turboprop. Small aircraft with speeds up to 500 km/h but capable of landing at small airports. The capacity is up to 8 passengers. As a rule, they are used for flights up to 2.5 thousand kilometers;
- Light reactive. The salon already allows you to stand up almost to your full height. The capacity is up to 9 people, the speed is up to 800 km/h, there is a large luggage compartment;
- Medium reactive. They are more comfortable compared to light reactive planes. The speed is up to 900 km / h, some models of this class overcome up to 6.5 thousand km without refueling;
- Long-haul. The salon is spacious, it is often equipped with a separate sleeping area, a full kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. Passenger capacity is 20-30 people, the speed is over 900 km/h. They travel up to 11 thousand km without stopping on the way, so they are often rented for flights between continents;
- Airliners. They differ from long-haul ones with a maximum load capacity and a capacity of up to 150 people;
- VIP airliners. Premium aircraft with luxurious interiors, innovative technical equipment, and service comparable in luxury to the best hotels in the world.
Regardless of the type of vessel rented, private aircraft rental is valued for:
- Flight speed. Not all business jets can boast of maximum speed, but the flight time on such aircraft is reduced because they fly strictly according to the route set by the customer without intermediate landings if they are not necessary;
- Security. Aircraft used in business aviation are carefully checked, they pass all the required tests, are inspected by mechanics immediately before departure. The newest airliners are equipped with innovative avionics and navigation systems, so unforeseen situations are easily overcome, aircraft cabins are de-treated before each departure;
- Efficiency. If there is an urgent need, the flight can be arranged in 3-4 hours;
- Highly qualified pilots. Air brokers accept only experienced pilots with extensive experience in civil or military aviation. The personnel of the plane professionally behaves in force majeure situations and makes decisions based on the safety and wishes of the client;
- High level of service. By renting a private plane, the customer gets a full cabin at his disposal, only those passengers who are specified in the application will be in it. Check-in for the flight takes place through a separate terminal, individual meals can be ordered on board. If necessary, you can request a rental aircraft with all the necessary equipment that may be required for negotiations or meetings;
- Privacy. The things which are happening in the cabin of a private plane do not go beyond the board. Passengers do not have to worry that outsiders will become aware of their flight;
- Full disposal of the aircraft. The customer of a charter flight can change the number of passengers, of course, if the cabin capacity allows. A fairly large amount of luggage and oversized items, such as equipment needed on the ski slopes can be taken on board.
The route on a rented business jet can be planned so that it passes through the largest cities. Stops are possible on exotic islands and in historical places. Charter plane rental is completely ready-made, and we will take care of all the subtleties and nuances. The customer only needs to submit an application and choose one of the business jets offered by the operator; all the rest of the work on paperwork, flight preparation, and schedule development is transferred to the aviation broker. After agreeing on all the nuances, the passenger will only have to arrive at the airport on the appointed date.
The price of a flight on a private plane is determined individually in each case. The rental price includes:
- Fuel costs, which is approximately 30% of the total costs;
- Aircraft air navigation services;
- Remuneration of pilots and flight attendants;
- Airport parking costs;
- Maintenance of the board.
The cost of renting a business jet also depends on the number of passengers, the type of liner and the year of its release, the route. The price increases if the passenger orders individual meals and makes special requirements for the equipment ocabin’s equipmentf the cabin.
The price of one flight hour also depends on the type of aircraft:
- A flight on a large plane, for example, on the Legacy 600, costs from 5800 to 6800 euros per hour;
- A flight hour on a business liner costs about 12 thousand euros;
- Flying on light and small aircraft costs about 3 thousand euros on average;
- Turboprops cost 10,000 euros per flight hour;
- The flight hour of long-haul vessels costs from 6 to 11 thousand euros.
The calculation of the aircraft lease is carried out after clarifying all the nuances of the application. The cost is prescribed in the contract and changes only when the client adjusts the contract terms.

Stages of flight preparation
A business jet flight is carefully prepared. The whole organization of the flight consists of several stages:
- Planning. At this stage, the request received from the customer is processed, the most suitable aircraft are selected, legal issues and flight safety issues are resolved;
- A contract is concluded. The contract specifies the obligations of the parties, the route schedule, departure dates, and cost. The agreement is drawn up in two copies, the first remains with the air broker, the other is for the client. The payment is possible in any way that suits the customer;
- Ensuring the flight. This is one of the most important stages of flight organization. The air broker coordinates the receipt of slots, submits requests to the aviation services for departure and landing, looks for suitable VIP terminals;
- Flying in ideal conditions. After signing the contract, passengers of charter flights are only required to arrive at the airport on time, board, and spend time in the sky in a pleasant atmosphere.
If necessary, air brokers will arrange a transfer from the arrival airport, book a hotel or find the best accommodation in the private sector.

Comparison of Jet Sharing and Empty Legs programs
Many people believe that renting an airplane is too expensive, and ordinary citizens with average incomes cannot afford it. However, this is not quite true, business aviation today is focused on providing services to an as large percentage of the population as possible, therefore it offers a number of programs that will allow you to travel around the world without much financial cost. Such services include Jet Sharing and Empty Legs rentals.
Jet Sharing is a business jet chair rental. That is, the cost of the entire flight is proportionally distributed among passengers. Jet Sharing is often chosen by members of several families, colleagues, friends. However, it is also possible that you leave your wishes for the direction and number of fellow travelers to our air brokers, and they, in turn, they will try to organize this flight and find passengers for it to reduce the cost of the flight. Most of the destinations where you can book a chair rental are available throughout the year. A number of offers from operators are active only in certain seasons (for example, flights to ski resorts or islands).
Empty Legs are return or otherwise technical flights. It is not uncommon for passengers to rent a plane to fly only one way, in which case it returns empty. Air brokers can sell tickets for such flights at a price 50-70% cheaper than renting according to the standard scheme. The more passengers will be on such a flight, the less amount you will have to pay for the flight.

Comparison with business class
Private jet rental and business class flight - are there any significant differences between them? Yes, there are, and basically, they all point to the advantages of flying on a charter flight.
Renting a private plane, as opposed to flying in business class, will allow you to:
- Take your luggage with you;
- Instantly check-in for a flight;
- Wait for the flight in the VIP lounge;
- Transport pets in the salon;
- Register through a separate terminal.
Renting a business jet is also convenient for many because it makes it possible to remain anonymous. Business-class passengers can be seen by other passengers while renting an aircraft completely excludes this.
Book a Private Jet
We are here to assist you 24/7. You are always welcome! No matter when, why or how - whether by mail, by phone, by email, WhatsApp or live chat - you will hear from us without delay.
Traveling on a rented business jet is convenient, fast, and comfortable. You can further improve flight conditions and safety in the sky by ordering a number of additional services, such as:
- Catering – individual meals on board. The passenger can tell us the wishes for the menu, and we will fully fulfill them;
- Internet - we organize a stable connection throughout the flight;
- Comprehensive service in VIP halls;
- Transfer at any airport on the type of transport that suits the passenger – a car, a helicopter, a yacht;
- Booking hotels and luxury accommodation on the islands and with private property owners;
- Treatment of the plane with anti-icing liquid.
Additional requests are discussed separately and are also prescribed in the contract. Each client of our company can count on complete anonymity and on the help of a personal manager at all stages of the organization of the flight.
How to pay for a flight and refund money for a failed flight
Payment for the aircraft lease is carried out after the signing of the contract. You can deposit cash or make a wire transfer. In some situations, an invoice is more convenient, but in any case, our company allows the client to choose the payment method that is more profitable for him/her.
If the scheduled flight is canceled at the client’s request, the funds won’t be returned in full. This is quite understandable since certain costs for the organization of the flight were already on the part of the air broker. However, our company tries to make sure that the client loses as little as possible. In those situations, when the lease is canceled due to our fault, which fortunately happens extremely rarely, the funds are returned in full.
You can find out all the conditions for renting business jets by phone or by sending a request to our company's email.
We hire only the best specialists who are well-versed in all aspects of business aviation. 33 professionals, working in Private Jets UK, arrange the helicopter and private jet charter flights.
Each client is assigned a personal air broker who undertakes to:
- to stay in touch with the customer 24/7;
- to answer all questions related to the choice of private jet, optimization of the route, selection of staff, catering, security and meeting at the airport and quickly address all organizational problems;
- to provide the highest level of service and pay attention to the smallest details.
Our employees work all over the world, so they know many languages. The contract is usually issued in English (however, if necessary, we can translate it into any other language). You can always contact our managers who will help you solve the tasks of any complexity. After all, our goal is to make you feel safe and comfortable on board.

Please note that as of December 31, 2020, due to the UK's exit from the European Union, UK citizens who travel to, live or work in the EU countries no longer have the right to free movement, as well as citizens of EU countries, visiting the UK. Free entry to the UK is also no longer possible for citizens of the EU, EEA and Switzerland.
As of 1 October 2021, the UK will no longer accept EU and Schengen national ID cards for travel to the UK and will require a passport to enter the UK or a visa.
EU, EEA and Swiss citizens:
- who have obtained settler status or provisional settler status under the EU Settlement Procedure (EUSS);
- who submitted an application before June 30, 2021 under the EUSS procedure, but have not yet received a decision on their application;
- who have a residence permit with a family under the EUSS procedure;
- whose visit is related to medical care (code S2);
- with permission to work in border areas;
- who are citizens of Switzerland and have a Swiss service provider visa from Switzerland;
can use their EU and Schengen national ID cards to travel to the UK until 31 December 2025. They will also be able to use them after that date if the cards meet the security standards set by the International Civil Aviation Organization.
For a hassle-free visit to the UK, it is important that you have a valid passport (expired documents will not be accepted) and all necessary visas. Identity cards will no longer be accepted as a valid travel document for entry into the UK, although some exceptions apply. UK and EU citizens can use eGates at passport control.
However, all travelers with a UK passport or a passport issued by Gibraltar, Guernsey, the Isle of Man or Jersey do not require a visa for short trips to most EU countries, including Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland. You will be entitled to stay for up to 90 days within any 180 day period.
There are limits on the amount of alcohol, tobacco and perfumes that can be brought into the UK for personal use. In addition, there are some foods that are either restricted or prohibited. We strongly recommend that you visit the government's customs exemption website to find out what you can and cannot import and from where.
- EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Hungary, Germany, Greece, Denmark, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, France, Croatia, Sweden and Estonia.
