Stages of flight preparation

A business jet flight is carefully prepared. The whole organization of the flight consists of several stages:

1. Planning. At this stage, the request received from the customer is processed, the most suitable aircraft are selected, legal issues and flight safety issues are resolved;
2. A contract is concluded. The contract specifies the obligations of the parties, the route schedule, departure dates, and cost. The agreement is drawn up in two copies, the first remains with the air broker, the other is for the client. The payment is possible in any way that suits the customer;
3. Ensuring the flight. This is one of the most important stages of flight organization. The air broker coordinates the receipt of slots, submits requests to the aviation services for departure and landing, looks for suitable VIP terminals;
4. Flying in ideal conditions. After signing the contract, passengers of charter flights are only required to arrive at the airport on time, board, and spend time in the sky in a pleasant atmosphere.

If necessary, air brokers will arrange a transfer from the arrival airport, book a hotel or find the best accommodation in the private sector.

Narrow-body jets

Airbus A318 Elite. Airbus A318 Elite is a medium-haul airliner. VIP cabin can carry up to 14-18 persons. Flight range: 7.500 km; altitude ceiling – 12.000 m. Modern avionics and powerful engines PW6124A allow the pilots to perform steep take-offs/landings and land the jet at such specific airfields as London City Airport.

Airbus ACJ319. Number of passengers – 19-40 persons; flight range – 7.500 km. There are versions of Airbus 319 Corporate Jet, designed for transporting 6-8 VIP persons. Additional fuel tanks installed in the cargo hold allow to increase the flight range to 12.000 km, and an altitude ceiling – to 12.000 m. Comparable models of business jets from other manufacturers: Boeing BBJ737, Gulfstream G550 and Bombardier Global Express. However, Airbus A319CJ often wins the customers’ sympathy thanks to the larger fuselage diameter. Due to this, the jet has a more spacious cabin with many different configuration options. Airbus ACJ319 is included in the special fleet, providing the transportation of the top government officials of Germany, France, Italy, Turkey, Czech Republic, Thailand and many other countries.

Airbus ACJ320 is popular with clients who enjoy spacious cabins. The jet can comfortably seat up to 30 persons. Four additional fuel tanks give Airbus ACJ320 a maximum range of 7.600 km.

 

 

The new jet Airbus ACJ 220

In October 2020, the company “Airbus Corporate Jets” presented a new model of the business jet Airbus ACJ 220. According to the company president Benoit Defforge, this high-tech model created a whole new market segment called “The Xtra Large Bizjet”. ACJ TwoTwenty has a third less operating costs and an increased range enabling it to fly up to 10.500 km. In addition, the jet has a much higher capacity and more spacious cabins and auxiliary premises. A wide range of VIP configurations of interior cabin is provided by the designers of “Comlux Completion” (Indiana, USA) and the Swiss company “Comlux Group”.

The portfolio of “Airbus Corporate Jets” already includes 19 contracts for the production of the new ACJ 220. The first business jets with exclusive VIP lounges will be delivered to the customers in early 2023.

 

 

Wide-body jets

Airbus A330-200 Prestige. This is an ultra-long-range corporate jet with a range of 15.400 km, designed for private transcontinental flights. Airbus A330-200 Prestige can seat 60 people.

A330-800neo. In October 2020, the first two A330-800neo aircrafts were purchased by “Kuwait Airways”. The jet is powered by two modern engines Rolls-Royce Trent 7000. The model consumes 25% less fuel than previous-generation aircraft (A330). The jet is equipped with a new composite wing with a wider span for improved aerodynamics.

Airbus A340-300 Prestige. Airbus A340-300 Prestige is an intercontinental jet, capable of transporting up to 75 people. The flight range is 14.300 km.

Airbus A340-500 Prestige. This VIP-Airbus can connect any two cities on the planet without refuelling. A number of passengers: up to 75 people; flight range: 18.500 km.

Airbus ACJ340-600 Prestige. This model is even more spacious than the previous-generation aircrafts. The flight range: 15.700 km.

Airbus ACJ350-800/ -900/ -1000 Prestige. Airbus 350-800 Prestige jets have been developed to replace the business jets Airbus A330 and A340.

Airbus ACJ380-800 Prestige. This model became widely known due to the incredible order made by the company “Kingdom Holding”, serving the royal family of Saudi Arabia. In 2012, one of the Saudi princes paid over $480 million for the exclusive three-deck jet A380CJ-800 Prestige. The luxurious flying palace is equipped with royal apartments, spa, banquet hall, business centre and garage for premium cars. The jet has the world’s only flying mosque with “smart” prayer rugs equipped with GPS sensors that are always oriented towards Mecca.

How to pay for a flight and refund money for a failed flight

Payment for the aircraft lease is carried out after the signing of the contract. You can deposit cash or make a wire transfer. In some situations, an invoice is more convenient, but in any case, our company allows the client to choose the payment method that is more profitable for him/her.

If the scheduled flight is canceled at the client’s request, the funds won’t be returned in full. This is quite understandable since certain costs for the organization of the flight were already on the part of the air broker. However, our company tries to make sure that the client loses as little as possible. In those situations, when the lease is canceled due to our fault, which fortunately happens extremely rarely, the funds are returned in full.
