The Dassault Falcon 6X is the first ultra-widebody purpose-built business jet in the industry — with a cabin 2.58 m (8 ft 6 in) wide and 1.98 m (6 ft 6 in) high, both the widest and tallest cross-section of any purpose-built business jet ever built. Certified by EASA and FAA in August 2023 and entering service on 30 November 2023, the Falcon 6X supersedes the Falcon 5X programme (cancelled 2017 due to Silvercrest engine issues) and is powered by two Pratt & Whitney PW812D engines at 13,460 lbf each. The 12.30 m cabin accommodates up to 16 passengers in three separate zones across 1,843 ft³ — more volume than any competing large-cabin twin.
Model carries 5,500 nm (10,186 km) range at Mach 0.80, connecting London to Hong Kong non-stop, Los Angeles to Geneva non-stop and Paris to Johannesburg non-stop. Maximum operating speed is Mach 0.90. Digital Flight Control System (DFCS) — an evolution of the system first introduced on the Falcon 7X — manages all primary and secondary flight control surfaces with full envelope protection. FalconEye Combined Vision System (standard) provides enhanced situational awareness on all approaches in darkness or poor weather. A Zenith Skylight galley skylight — a first in business aviation — floods the forward cabin with natural light. Cabin altitude is maintained at 3,950 ft when cruising at 41,000 ft. Charter prices start from approximately £8,500 per flight hour. For the full fleet see our private jet price guide or browse our complete fleet.

Why charter the Dassault Falcon 6X?
- Tallest and widest purpose-built business jet cabin ever built — 2.58 m × 1.98 m. Its cabin is 2.58 m (8 ft 6 in) wide and 1.98 m (6 ft 6 in) high — the tallest and widest cross-section of any purpose-built business jet in service. The extra 5 inches of aisle width versus previous Falcon models provides easier movement between the three cabin zones. A total cabin volume of 1,843 ft³ exceeds competing large-cabin twins. No other purpose-built twin jet offers this internal volume and this cross-section simultaneously;
- 5,500 nm / 10,186 km range — London to Hong Kong non-stop. At 5,500 nm (10,186 km) at Mach 0.80, the Dassault Falcon 6X covers London to Hong Kong non-stop, Los Angeles to Geneva non-stop, Paris to Johannesburg non-stop and São Paulo to London non-stop. These ultra-long-range sectors were previously the exclusive domain of dedicated ultra-long-range jets. The Dassault Falcon 6X delivers them in a twin-engine platform with large-cabin width and the fuel efficiency advantage of two engines over three or four;
- Zenith Skylight — the first galley skylight in business aviation. The Falcon 6X is the first business jet with a Zenith Skylight — a skylight above the forward galley that admits natural daylight into the cabin entrance. Combined with 30 extra-large windows throughout the 12.30 m cabin length, the Dassault Falcon 6X provides more natural light than any competing aircraft in the large-cabin category. The ability to control mood lighting from personal devices via the Ambiance® cabin management system allows passengers to manage circadian rhythm across time zones on intercontinental sectors;
- 3,950 ft cabin altitude at 41,000 ft — best-in-class passenger wellbeing. The Dassault Falcon 6X maintains cabin altitude at 3,950 ft (1,204 m) when cruising at 41,000 ft. This is among the lowest cabin altitudes available in business aviation and meaningfully reduces passenger fatigue on long intercontinental sectors. Air quality is refreshed up to ten times faster than in modern office buildings. The advanced cabin air filtration and circulation system maintains air quality ten times better than minimum certification requirements;
- Digital Flight Control System with full envelope protection — evolution of Falcon 7X/8X DFCS. The Dassault Falcon 6X uses an advanced version of the Digital Flight Control System first introduced on the Falcon 7X and refined on the Falcon 8X. The DFCS manages all primary and secondary flight control surfaces, commands peak aerodynamic performance at all phases of flight and provides full flight envelope protection. FalconEye Combined Vision System is standard — the first Falcon with CVS as standard equipment — providing enhanced visibility on approaches in darkness, poor visibility or challenging airports;
- Short-field capability — access to airports typically closed to large-cabin jets. Leading-edge slats and trailing-edge flaps allow approach speeds as low as 110 KIAS with 8 passengers, enabling steep approaches up to 6 degrees and operations from runways as short as 4,000 ft. This short-field performance is exceptional for an aircraft with 5,500 nm range and large-cabin dimensions. The Dassault Falcon 6X can reach airports that typically exclude all competing large-cabin jets, reducing ground transfer time to final destinations.

Charter cost - Dassault Falcon 6X prices from UK airports

Ideal routes for the Dassault Falcon 6X
The Dassault Falcon 6X is designed for ultra-long-range missions where the 5,500 nm range, three-zone large cabin and short-field performance serve groups of 12 to 16 on sectors that no competing twin can cover:
- Ultra-long-range non-stop (10 to 13 hours) — the Falcon 6X's defining capability. London to Hong Kong (approximately 5,200 nm), London to Singapore (approximately 5,700 nm — at the limit), Paris to Johannesburg (approximately 4,800 nm) and Los Angeles to Geneva (approximately 5,200 nm) are all within range. The Dassault Falcon 6X covers these sectors non-stop in a 2.58 m-wide cabin where all 16 passengers can sleep flat. On sectors above 9 hours, the three-zone layout — forward galley, mid-cabin lounge, rear stateroom option — provides a genuine long-haul living environment;
- Transatlantic and Gulf non-stop with large groups (12 to 16 passengers). London to New York, London to Dubai and London to Mumbai are all well within comfortable non-stop range. For corporate delegations of 12 to 16 on transatlantic missions where competing jets require two aircraft or multiple legs, the Falcon 6X handles the full group in one aircraft. The conference configuration with individual seating in three zones allows simultaneous working, dining and sleeping;
- Constrained destination airports on long-range missions. The Falcon 6X's short-field capability — 4,000 ft runway minimum, 6-degree steep approach certified, approach speed 110 KIAS — means it can land at Innsbruck, London City, Nice and other constrained European airports that exclude competing large-cabin aircraft. This extends the Dassault Falcon 6X's utility beyond the hub airports that ultra-long-range jets typically require;
- Overnight transcontinental sectors where cabin altitude matters. At 3,950 ft cabin altitude on a 10 to 12-hour sector, passengers arrive in condition to work immediately upon landing. The air quality refreshed ten times faster than a modern office, flat-bed seating across the full cabin and the three-zone layout make overnight ultra-long-range sectors on the Dassault Falcon 6X genuinely restorative rather than merely endured;
- Multi-city roadshows and investor meetings across continents. The Falcon 6X 5,500 nm range enables multi-continent coverage in a single day: London breakfast meeting, New York lunch, Houston close — all in one aircraft with the same 16-passenger group throughout. No commercial connection, no transfer, no hotel night required on the crossing.
